DOOR KNOCKERS – LABYRINTH (1986) – PROP REPLICA 1/6 SCALE 12 CM – WETA WORKSHOP

Unsure of which door to choose? Try asking the door knockers; if you can get them to stop bickering that is. Within the mystical Labyrinth, a pair of talking door knockers is hardly the strangest thing one may find, though countless years of having a ring stuck in your mouth or ears is enough to make any animate object more than just a little upset, and once they start arguing it’s hard to get them to stop. Best to let sleeping knockers lie, pick a door, and carry on your way. Ear Ring Knocker: 9.5 cm x 7.7 cm x 2 cm (H x W x D) 0.053 kg. Nose Ring Knocker: 12 cm x 7.4 cm x 3.3 cm (H x W x D) 0.055 kg. “Ask almost any sculptor, costumer, or creature-maker at Weta Workshop about Labyrinth and they’ll always list it among their favourite films. Many will tell you it’s the reason they do what they do. The creative vision of Jim Henson and his team was so fresh, so imaginative, and so fun that it inspired a generation. The chance to celebrate that world by making Labyrinth collectibles is a dream come true for many of us. It’s a joy to be able to indulge our passion for Labyrinth and get lost in its wonders every day!”
